Chrysler South Africa (Pty) Ltd, a  subsidiary of Chrysler LLC, sells cars under the brand names Chrysler, Jeep® and Dodge. Chrysler South Africa also provides its customers with parts and accessories marketed under the Mopar® brand name and offers financial services through Chrysler Financial Services.

Chrysler LLC, headquartered in Auburn Hills, Mich., is a wholly owned subsidiary of Chrysler Holdings LLC, which in turn is owned 80.1 percent by Cerberus Capital Management LP and 19.9 percent by Daimler AG.
